Mamuko porridge is made exclusively with organic grains that are suitable for baby food. The patented preparation technology helps to preserve the valuable nutrients, vitamins, and minerals in the groats, and the preparation time is similar to that of instant porridge.

Ingredients:

organic hulled buckwheat groats (20,8%), organic hulled crushed barley (20,8%), organic Spelt wheat whole grain flour 20,8%), organic rye whole grain flour (20,8%), organic whole grain oat flour (16,7%). Suitable for babies from 6 months. Milk free.

Cooking instruction:

Pour about 20 g (4-5 teaspoons) of the product into 200 ml of cold water and soak for 5 minutes. Stir the mixture until boiling and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes. Once cooked turn off the cooker and leave the pot covered for another 4-5 minutes. Ready product can be diluted with mothers milk or milk formula. Porridge can be flavoured with “Mamuko” fruit puree. Attention! Please carefully read and follow the instructions. Do not store cooked product.

Store conditions:

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened seal the remaining product for freshness. Recommended to be consumed within 3-4 weeks from opening to retain best quality.
