Store at room temperature, and keep dry and clean (away from legumes, vegetables, rice, detergents, flavourings). Protect from sunlight. Ingredients:

Organic durum WHEAT semolina, water, Thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1). Contains gluten. May contain traces of soy.

Cooking instructions:

Add 30-40g (2-4 tablespoons) of pasta to 200-250ml of boiling water.
Cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain, and stir in a small tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil.
